SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 to anywhere within Australia via regular post.  

This rate includes up to 4 pupalarms in a single order.  If your order exceeds 4 pupalarms, a separate order will need to be made.

At this stage we do not ship internationally, however we expect to offer this service in the near future. 

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our products have a a limited 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty will not cover products that fail due to misuse of the product or preventable damages to the product (for example through unnecessarily rough use). The warranty does not cover any damage or loss of the product through the transit process.

If your product is faulty, please send us a message via the ‘Contact’ page or email hello@pupsafe.com.au and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to discuss and we will attempt to resolve the issue. We offer a 30 day ‘change of mind’ return policy whereby you can receive a full refund for the product, however the return shipping cost is at your own expense.
